What age is ME Academy for?
Most summer camps are 8 - 16, but we are flexible. Get in touch with us to find out more information.
Does my child need cricket experience?
No. Players are grouped by age and ability where possible, so they can learn at the correct level tat is inclusive for them.
Does my child need their own kit?
Players can bring their own cricket kit if they have it. We will do our best to offer any equipment that we have to our young people.
What should my child bring?
Packed lunch, water bottle, suitable sports clothing, sun cream, waterproof jacket and any medication required.
What happens if it rains?
We adapt sessions where possible and will contact parents if weather creates a safety issue. There is access to the clubhouse to escape the rain if required.
Who leads the coaching?
ME Academy sessions are led by Michael English, Scotland international, professional cricketer and qualified PE teacher. We also have a dedicated list of coaches who help with Summer Camps, several of which have international or professional cricketing experience.
